Return Policy


Customers have the right to return the hardware accessories within 20 days after receiving them if they find that the products have quality problems, are not as described, or have been damaged during transportation. For these types of returns, we will refund the full purchase price including the shipping fees you paid, and we will also cover the return shipping costs. The products should be returned in their original packaging and in a condition that allows for easy inspection.

If the return is due to personal preferences or other non-quality related reasons, you need to apply for a return within 12 days after receiving the product. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and the returned products should be in a condition suitable for reselling. After we receive and check the returned products, we will refund the amount after deducting the shipping costs within 4 - 6 working days.

The return process involves first contacting our customer service team to obtain a return authorization code, and then sending the products back to the designated address in Europe or the United States along with the code.
